Emmett Till was an African-American boy who was murdered for whistling at a woman in a small grocery store in Money, Mississippi at the age of 14 on August 28, 1955. He would have turned 69 years old in 2010. Emmett Louis “Bobo” Till July 25, 1941 – August 28, 1955.
